Maid of Honor
I'll never forget the joy I felt the day Mom and Dad told me I had a little sister - I literally screamed with happiness when they called Max and I from the hospital to let us know! Over the years Ella and I have made so many memories together, from listening to books on CD as kids when we were supposed to be sleeping to the many times she has helped me pack up my apartment for yet another move. Ella has walked with me through every stage of my life, and I am so honored to have her standing by my side on my wedding day!
Best Man
Eric has been looking out for me since day 1. He has been taking care of me from when we were in daycare, at St. John’s, at high school, and onward. Through all of those times, Eric would always do anything to make sure I was safe and happy. Love you Eric, excited to have you stand next to me on the best day of my life!
Bridesmaid
I first met Kelsey en route to a medical school interview in December 2015 - even while battling some major interview nerves, I remember being impressed by how easy it was to talk to her. Now, I couldn’t imagine my life or our family without Kelsey! She is always open to adventure - even spontaneous trips to Iceland (see above photo)! Kelsey lives her life with this beautiful combination of passion, empathy, and dedication. I am so lucky to have her as my soon-to-be sister, and to have her standing with me on our wedding day!
Groomsman
I first met Max at a coffee shop soon after Anna and I started dating. I was nervous to meet her only brother because I wanted to make a good impression. Two years later, I have celebrated two of my birthdays with Max, hung out many times at the cabin, and gone to Vikings games together. There’s no one else I would rather have as a brother-in-law, happy you will be with us on our day!
Bridesmaid
I met Amara less than 48 hours after I met Brian - she and Eric took us out to dinner (Pizza Lucé - yum!) and I remember her making me feel so relaxed and comfortable even though I was pretty much sharing a pizza with three strangers! Amara has made me feel included and welcome literally from the very beginning, and I am so grateful to her for that. I am so excited to be gaining a sister with this marriage, and I couldn't ask for a more thoughtful, honest, and funny soon-to-be sister than Amara!
Groomsman
I first met Mike in high school. We sang in choir, played in multiple bands together, and hung out almost every day getting into trouble together. When I moved back from Chicago, Mike and I moved into a house and lived together for the next four years. Mike is like a brother to me who always wants the best for me and I am so glad he will be standing up with me at Anna and my wedding.
