Delicious pies and it's close to our place :)

La Note

2377 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94704

A fantastic French-style brunch spot to visit. Ask for the back-patio if it's available. Usually busy on the weekends

Napa / Sonoma Wine Country

Napa / Sonoma Wine Country

Some of the best wine in California is about an hour drive from Berkeley. We recommend Sonoma as it's just as good, but cheaper, than Napa. For Sonoma, we recommend MacRostie, Gloria Ferrer, or Viansa wineries.

South Lake Tahoe

South Lake Tahoe

South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

For those staying longer than just the wedding, we recommend visiting South Lake Tahoe. About a 3 hour drive from Berkeley. It has beautiful mountain scenery, plenty of hotels and bars, and a crystal blue lake. We recommend checking out Zephyr Cove while you're there.

Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park

CA

Hands down one of our favorite places. Yosemite national park is only a few hours drive from the Bay Area. Due to so much guest traffic, we recommend looking into lodging or glamping spots in nearby towns. We stayed at Yosemite Pines Resort during last years RV trip, and they had shuttle buses to drive you into and out of Yosemite at the end of the day. You'll also need to make sure you check out the Yosemite website for more details and travel restrictions. Download Alltrails to find the best hikes.
