This is happening. We have moved the Reception.

We met at work almost 6 years ago. We started eating lunch together, talking about music and laughing. We started to realize how much we had in common. I came to help work on the house and we started spending more time together. I was persistent that we should go out to eat and she caved. Now, we are inseparable!

Four years later, I had her in my car, on our way to St. Michaels, MD, to celebrate our anniversary. We stopped by the Winery and sampled a majority of their wines. We continued down the street, walking in and out of stores until we reached Theo's. We ordered Chateaubriand for two and crushed it. More like, I crushed it. Anyway, I convinced her to explore Tilghman's Island with me. We drove and drove, which is normal for us. She had no clue still. It was a long drive and I held it together for the duration of it until we ended up at the end of Tilghman's Island. It was there that I proposed to her even though she was expecting a puppy.

Our top concern is the safety of everyone coming to celebrate with us. We feel that the original Reception location doesn't have enough room to safely house all of our guests. Plans are in motion to confirm that the Crab Deck can't meet our needs and to secure a new location where we can all congregate for the celebration of our marriage. We WILL be having a party so please plan to do so. I just have to stress that if any of our guests are feeling that they are vulnerable in any way to this disease that they take the necessary precautions to stay healthy, even if that means not attending our wedding. The last thing Brandy or I need is to worry that, our celebration of life, impacted someone negatively. Lots of Love, Vincent & Brandy

The Crab Deck has been cancelled. We are currently moving the Reception to my Mother's house in Anne Arundel County. The ceremony will remain at Marling Farms Beach Four in Chester, MD. This also means that there will be a bit of a drive to get to the Reception location. We are really confident that we will have proper measures in place to keep our guests safe. I'm working on getting spray bottles with hand sanitizer and we will have portable restrooms at the Reception with running water for hand washing. We are working on signs and instructions where applicable for current CDC guidelines.
