Travel and Schedule Info

Our wedding and reception will be from 6p-11p, with dinner served from 8-9p. As this is a bit on the later side, you may want to plan to book a hotel room to stay overnight. We recommend booking your hotel as early as possible as a music festival in the close by town of Napa may raise room rates. See our Travel page for more info!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is a large parking lot at the winery, with plenty of parking to accommodate all guests.

Can I park overnight?
Answer
Yes, if needed, you can leave your car parked at V. Sattui overnight. You can pick up your car anytime the next day. If you plan to leave your car parked overnight, please plan accordingly. You can either carpool back to your hotel with a friend or you can arrange for an Uber/Lyft pick up. Please note that Uber/Lyft availability may be limited in St. Helena at night, and we suggest scheduling in advance if you plan to take Uber/Lyft.

What should I wear?

Recommended attire is formal or cocktail attire. Ceremony will be outdoors on the Tower Lawn, and reception dinner will be indoors in V. Sattui's Barrel Room. Weather will likely be sunny/warm - but we recommend checking the weather forecast! The grounds are all paved, except for the lawn area where the ceremony will be held.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible/accessibility-friendly?

The Venue!
Answer
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held at V. Sattui Winery in St. Helena, CA. We love the rustic charm of this Italian estate winery, with its beautiful grounds and Italian style stone architecture. Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the Tower Lawn. Cocktail hour will follow on Vittorio's Terrace overlooking the vineyard. Dinner reception and dancing will be indoors in V. Sattui's Barrel Room.

The Food!

We will have the honor of having Michelin Star Chef Stefano Masanti to host our cocktail hour and dinner reception, with his delicious Italian cuisine. A selection of hors d'oeuvres will be served at cocktail hour, followed by a 2-course dinner menu, and finished with a traditional Italian wedding cake of vanilla millefoglie with strawberries.

Themes, Culture, and our Favorite Things
Answer
We’ve incorporated small details into our wedding as odes to our Chinese, Italian, and Mexican heritage, as well as some of our favorite things including music, guitars, and cats! :) Songs by some of our favorite Italian and Mexican artists will be played during cocktail hour. Look out for the Chinese double happiness symbol. Catch a rock star cat plushie to take home at our “Cat Toss” (after bouquet toss, and with garter toss). And sign our guitar guest book!
