The two hotels that we are suggesting guests book a room at were unable to accommodate room blocks, unfortunately. However, they are aware we are asking our guests to book with them and are willing to help us any way they can. Please let us know if you run into any trouble with booking a room. Click the "Travel" tab for the address of the hotels.
The venue will be open at 4pm, with the ceremony starting at 4:30pm SHARP!
Yes! There will be 3 buses picking up at the Fairfield Inn (address on our website) at 3:30pm SHARP! They will drop guests off at Pocono Palms with an estimated arrival time of 4:03pm. If you miss the buses at 3:30pm, you will need to find your own transportation to the venue from the hotels. *PLEASE NOTE! The hotel check-in is 3pm. We will do our best to coordinate with the hotel for earlier check-ins since the buses will be leaving from the Fairfield Inn at 3:30pm. The hotel highly recommends calling the day before or day of to see if you can check in early! IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that if you are NOT staying in the area the evening before that you come to hotel check-in READY for the evening so you can drop your bags and head down to where the buses will be picking up!* The other recommended hotel (Hampton Inn) is down the street, you may park your car at the Fairfield or walk to the Fairfield if you are staying at the Hampton. It's a 2 minute drive and only an 8 minute walk. *We also recommend booking an Airbnb with friends and family if you can! You can always Uber as well from the hotel or Airbnb and carpool.*
Yes! However, all cars need to be off the premises by 10:30pm the evening of. Please plan accordingly.
