Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

During the ceremony we want everyone to refrain from taking photos. We hired a photographer for a reason. During everything else we do not mind at all. Our bridal party will have disposable cameras for photos as well, so be on the lookout for them!

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Please no jeans. Respectfully we request all guests wear cocktail attire; this includes cocktail dresses, khaki pants and button ups, and jumpsuits. Colors are not limited, but please be mindful of the season and, of course, no white.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Yes of course! We want you to share our day; however, please refrain from posting photos of the bride before she has a chance to!

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We prefer only online, since it makes things easier and we don't have to run around looking for every single paper form sent back to us!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, but the reception will be under a tent!

Question

What is the weather like in that area?

Answer

For south Georgia, the weather is very unpredictable. We are hoping the weather will be somewhat warm; as it usually is around the fall season!

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us! *16 is the youngest we are allowing as party-goers*

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We are doing a "stock the bar party" the night before with our bridal party. We can only serve beer and wine at the venue we will be having it at. You can drink, of course, but make sure you limit yourself; once it's gone, its gone!

Question

Could you give me a link to your wedding registry?

Answer

All of the places we are registered at are on this website under the "Registry" tab!

Question

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

We will be having a bridal shower and an engagement party! If you would like to attend those, please let the Matron of Honor, Hannah Grace, know via social media! If you do not want to ship wedding gifts, you can bring them to these two events!

Question

What time should I arrive at your ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5 pm, so please be mindful and try to arrive at least 15 minutes before hand so you can be seated before the procession.

Question

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after party?

Answer

Our reception will be ending at 10 pm. There will not be an after party; so make sure you get all of your dancing out!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be greatly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know ASAP and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Will there be a time gap between ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. We are going to have a cocktail hour so we can finish up some photos and have a little downtime before the reception commences.

Question

What is your wedding hashtag?

Answer

#NexttoNorman

Question

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
