We are working closely with both our church and the reception venue to ensure that everything meets local guidelines. Here are the details for both locations: Queenship of Mary Catholic Church- As of July 2020, 100 people (including guests, priest, musicians, alter servers, photographer, etc.) are allowed in the church. Based on the changes to our guest list, all invited guests will be able to safely attend the reception. HollyHedge Estate- As of July 2020, our reception will continue to take place at Holly Hedge Estate, but we will be utilizing the outdoor space along with a significantly reduced guest list to ensure the safety of all who are present. HH has also changed details in cocktail hour, dinner, and overall sanitation to best meet safety guidelines. These details will be updated regularly to reflect the changes made by the New Jersey and Pennsylvania requirements. You can also visit the websites for both locations to read their specific responses to the pandemic.
Yes! As of July 2020, a mask will be required in both Queenship of Mary Church and Holly Hedge Estate. At the reception, masks are only required indoors when not eating or drinking based on Pennsylvania law.
We completely understand! We do not want anyone to feel anxious about attending our wedding, so stay home if you have any concerns. The health and safety of our family and friends is our number one priority! We already made cuts to our guest list to ensure proper social distancing at our ceremony and reception, but do not hesitate to decline our invitation if you have ANY doubts. We will find another time to celebrate together!
COVID-19 happened! We had to significantly reduce the size of our guest list to family and a few friends in order to ensure the health and safety of our guests. We plan to reach out to each person who received a save the date but will not receive an invitation. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope you understand!
A shuttle will be provided between the 1740 House and Holly Hedge for two hours before and two hours after the reception. Transportation will not be provided to or from the church.
There is plenty of parking for both the ceremony and the reception. For all guests who plan to drive to the reception, there is a valet for on-site parking.
Yes! There is a space on the RSVP card to indicate any dietary restrictions so that we can best accommodate for you.
We made things easy by registering only with Zola. You can find our registry right here on our website.
