We're Getting Married

07/21/18 - Boyfriend & Girlfriend 04/08/22- Closed on our first house 05/14/22- Moved in together 09/12/23- Engaged 10/12/24- "I Do" We met because Shelby's best friend Amy went to college with Adam. Amy was dating one of Adam's fraternity brothers, and invited Shelby to tag along to a party with her. At the party we met for the first time, Adam offered Shelby a drink from the rum and coke cooler he was carrying around, and the rest was history. After the party we started texting 24/7, Adam invited Shelby to go rock climbing with the rock climbing club at his school a few days later. Josh (Groomsman) made Shelby a fake Kettering email so she could climb for free. The following weekend we went on our first official date by ourselves to IHOP... (it sounded good at the time) afterwards we were drinking at his fraternity house and Adam let Shelby pierce his ears... one of them was definitely crooked, and he ended up taking them out a week later. Even after the crooked ear piercing Adam had still asked Shelby to be his girlfriend, and here we are now! At the date of our wedding we will be together for 6 years 2 months and 21 days (:
