We met freshman year at CNU - York River East, Hall 3B. First introduced as hall mates, we quickly became friends. After two years of friendship, we left school sophomore year with our own plans for the summer - Mason was going to work and be responsible, Rachel was off on a study abroad trip across Ireland, Scotland & London. Rachel decided to create a blog and post daily in order to remember her travels. Shockingly, Rachel's blog didn't blow up; however she did have a couple regular readers: her family...and Mason. Rachel slowly begin to catch feelings for Mason when they started to text each day about her adventures. Little did Rachel know, across the Atlantic, Mason was telling his sister all about this "amazing, beautiful girl" he was talking to. Flash forward to junior year when we were reunited at CNU. After many, MANY late nights watching Star Trek or Finding Bigfoot (just about the only thing on TV at 2am), and hesitation due to fear of losing a friendship, we made it official on November 3, 2016. Six years & 7 months later...we cannot wait to get married with all of you by our sides and start the next chapter of our lives!
