Flight
Airport Options
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is about 60 miles from Sonoma. This airport will likely have the most flight options for our guests flying from the East Coast. Oakland International Airport (OAK) is the closest major airport and is about 50 miles from Sonoma. There are typically good van services and car rental options here. Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is a little over 60 miles from Sonoma. Flying into Sacramento is great in order to avoid Bay Area traffic, but car and van options may be limited. Santa Rosa Airport (STS) is a small airport nearby making it quick and easy to travel in and out of. Alaska Airlines, American and Avelo fly into Santa Rosa.

The Lodge at Sonoma is located 8 blocks off the plaza and 3 blocks away from our Host Hotel MacArthur Place. The Lodge is under the Marriott umbrella of hotels for those interested in earning/using their points. It is a full service hotel and a great option for families and couples!

The Best Western Sonoma Valley Inn is located 2 blocks off the plaza and you can walk to all the cute shops, restaurants and tastings rooms in downtown. They also have a continental breakfast in the mornings!

The El Pueblo is one of the more budget friendly options in Sonoma! It is located about 10 blocks off the main plaza.

Sonoma Hotel is right on the Plaza! Located above the Girl & The Fig Restaurant! If you want to be walking distance to the shops, restaurants and tasting rooms you can walk right out your door and voila you are there!
