Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are only welcome to attend the ceremony. To allow all of our guests to enjoy an evening of relaxation, we respectfully request no children under 18 at the reception. We hope you will understand our decision and take the opportunity to celebrate in style!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Help us get the party started as scheduled! Please arrive to the ceremony by 12:30pm to make sure everyone is seated on time.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Reception: Book Tower offers 24/7 valet service located outside of the main entrance on Washington Blvd. The fees for hotel/venue guests are $20 for up to 8 hours, $25 for 8-12 hours, and $45 for 12-24 hours. We recommend you visit Metropolis.io and pre-register for valet on your smartphone for ease of payment and requesting for your car to be pulled up. There is also a nearby Parking Garage: 1431 Washington Blvd. Ceremony: Yes, readily available free parking is located at Our Lady of Sorrows church.

Due to venue capacity we can’t host any additional guests that didn’t receive formal invitations.
