Lauderdale-by-the-Sea
We love visiting this area when we are in town! There are restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops all within one town square. We've listed a few of our favorite restaurants below.
Vinnie's by the Sea
Pro Tip: Thursday's are pork chop night. And we LOVE the pork chop! This restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and has live music most nights. Vinnies' is a go-to for us. This restaurant does not accept reservations.
Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila Bar
Really great taco spot in Lauderdale-By-The Sea! This restaurant does not accept reservations.
Kilwins
The best ice cream in town! They have locations in both Pompano Beach (across from the Pier) and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.
The Village Grille & Pump
A great spot for Boston fans! This bar often has live music and is a great spot to end the night.
Pompano Beach Pier
Right next to our wedding venue! Very cute and walkable area on the beach. Our favorite restaurants in this area are listed below!
Beach House
Great food and amazing views! This restaurant is on the beach and next to our wedding venue. We love to order the Sushi, Grilled Artichoke hearts, Fish of the Day Sandwich, and Ribs. We recommend making reservations in advance. The restaurant features a second-story bar that is great for a drink during Happy Hour!
Lucky Fish Beach Bar + Grill
A giant tiki hut on the beach. What more could you want in Florida? We love to visit Lucky Fish for brunch or lunch (order the Tuna Poke Nachos). Or for a drink in the evening during their live music. This restaurant does not accept reservations.
Greek Islands
This is another go-to restaurant for us! We love the food and wine here. Our favorite dishes are the family-style Greek Salad, Filet Shish-Ke-Bob, Garides Tou Sotiri, and Lamp Chops. The Greek ribs are also a go-to for an app or dinner entrée! This restaurant does not accept reservations. Be prepared to wait in a line to be seated.
Deep Oceanfront Restaurant and Bar
A great spot for breakfast or lunch! This beachfront restaurant is part of the Beachcomber Resort. We do not typically make reservations, but reservations are available through Open Table.
Captain Jack's Tiki Bar
Beach front bar part of the Wyndham Resort. It's our favorite spot for a cocktail on the beach. The bartenders, Paulina and Susie, will take great care of you!
