Semi-Formal is requested for the ceremony and the reception.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No, we recommend to use ride-share or taxi to get around San Francisco. Parking is inconvenient, expensive, and not safe (break-ins are at a all time high).
