FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. If you are driving, please allow enough time to park your car and have the golf cart shuttle take you to the gardens for the ceremony.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have an amazing photographer and videographer capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy our unplugged ceremony with us! However, we encourage photos during the reception :)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, our ceremony and reception will be a child-free affair. Thanks for understanding!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we'd love to accommodate everyone, we ask that only those listed on the invitation attend due to limited venue capacity. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Limited parking will be available at Cator Woolford for the ceremony and reception. We recommend taking a Lyft or Uber if possible!

Question

I can't make it to the wedding. Can I watch the ceremony from home?

Answer

Yes! We are working on setting up a live stream of the ceremony, and we will share that link here soon.

Question

What are our COVID-19 protocols?

Answer

We will be following the guidelines outline by the CDC at the time along with those that our venue demands. - Guests should adhere to social distancing guidelines, remaining 6’ apart from those people who are not family within the same household. - Guests should wear a face mask to ride CWG golf carts. - Guests are to be seated by family - No guests or family members are allowed in the back of the house during events. - Guests will adhere to the caterer's protocol for food services.
