No, masks are welcome and encouraged, but not required.
Yes. All guest are required to show a negative COVID-19 test after August 23, 2023 up until the time of the wedding. You can use a self test at home, a free test provided by us, or get a test at your doctor's office.
Tests are free through most health insurances. You can also register to have a Rapid Test done for you at your local Walgreens, that will be free if you have symptoms. If none of these options are accessible for you, Bonnie and Jesse will provide self tests for you to use in the parking lot before entering the wedding venue.
As pharmacists, we have spent the last 3 years caring for our communities through a pandemic. We have seen countless patients die from exposure to COVID-19, including some close friends. We have spent hours vaccinating thousands of people to help end the pandemic. We have traveled all over the state of Wisconsin to vaccinate groups of nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We have consulted endless patients on how to quarantine, how to treat a cough, how to protect their loved ones, how to wear a mask correctly, and how to get access to healthcare. If you think COVID-19 is not a big deal, please RSVP "no thank you" to our wedding event and send your love through a card in the mail. We have spent too much time, energy, and love for our community saving people to have anyone attend who won't spend the time & energy to get a simple COVID-19 test.
No. Thank you for choosing to protect yourself and those around you from spreading the virus. We are not requiring the vaccine because the virus mutates faster than the vaccines are being made. If you test negative within 3 days of the wedding, we consider you negative for COVID-19. If you want to get a vaccine, please come to town a day early and call Bonnie. We are happy to vaccinate you at any time.
