What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM sharp. We ask that you please arrive to the ceremony space no later than 4:15 PM to ensure events can get started promptly on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses, or dressy bottoms and a top. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of the events of our big day, including our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors! It can get chilly in the evening in Tahoe in September, so feel free to bring a shawl, sweater, or light jacket. The ceremony will take place on the grass, so we recommend shoes that will be easy for you to walk in, like flats or block heels for the ladies. The after party will take place indoors steps away from the reception space.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

The resort does have self-parking or valet parking options for a fee available for both those staying at the hotel and for guests just coming for the night of the ceremony and reception. There are also taxi companies, Uber, and Lyft in the area if you would prefer!

What if I have special dietary needs/allergies?

Answer

We will accommodate all special dietary restrictions or allergies. Just please remember to RSVP accordingly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with our closest family and friends! We regretfully cannot accommodate guests other than those addressed on your invitation at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers and space. We request that our wedding festivities be an Adults-Only occasion.
