Our wedding will be formal – we want you to feel beautiful and comfortable and have fun dressing up! For men, we suggest slacks or suits and close-toed shoes; for women, dresses or pantsuits. * Remember to bring a jacket, shawl or other cover-up – it’ll get chilly at night!
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, so please arrive NO LATER than 3:45 pm to ensure we begin on time. We’ll keep you entertained with lawn games, photos, live music, and signature cocktails. As Led Tasso says, if you're not 5 minutes early, you're 45 minutes late!
Yes, Botanica has a large parking lot that should accommodate all of our guests. However, the venue is a bit inland from the coastal towns, so we recommend carpooling from your hotel or Airbnb if possible.
The entire day will be in Botanica’s outdoor space. On the rare chance we have rain, our ceremony and reception will both take place inside an on-site tent.
We love your kiddos, but this will be adults-only, as we want everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. We ask that you arrange for childcare in advance so you can celebrate with us. Take a night off – you deserve it!
Sadly, we’ll be close to capacity and unable to seat extra guests. Please RSVP only for your invited guest count. You’ll meet cool new people all night and will soon be surrounded by friends!
Beautiful, likely! Oceanside days in Feb are usually 52°F to 65°F and sunny. Evening temps drop to low 50°Fs. In the rare chance of rain, we’ll be inside an on-site tent.
Yes, we will have light bites and drinks during both the cocktail hour and the reception following dinner.
No – we’re not reserving hotel room blocks, as we want YOU to choose your perfect place to stay! Check out the “Travel” link on our site for our recommendations of some great hotels near the venue.
We love photos! We love to post! (Well, one of us does.) Feel free to post and share – just tag us so we can see them, too! Our hashtag is #BolinsAtBotanica.
