People are always amazed when I tell them that we met on my doorstep, but it's true. Our story began the day after my birthday in January 2021 during the third lockdown. I had just come back from celebrating my birthday at my mum's, and my car was loaded with some of my things that I still had there. That's when my handsome future husband entered my life. He had parked up across the road from my house. As I was struggling to unload my car, he approached me and offered to help. I gladly accepted, and we started talking. I remember telling him that I was new to the area and didn't really know anyone. Without hesitation, he offered to be my first friend in Kent. I was touched by his kindness, and we hit it off instantly. We exchanged numbers and started talking every day. As we got to know each other, we discovered that we had so much in common. We shared the same interests, values, and sense of humor. It was like we had known each other for years. Every moment we spent together was filled with laughter and joy. Fast forward to today, and we're getting married! It's amazing how one chance encounter can change your life forever. I'm grateful for that day when he offered to help me unload my car. It brought me my best friend, my partner, and the love of my life.

I was driving to a friend's house and was taking a back route to avoid traffic, when I spotted a beautiful lady unpacking her car. I couldn't just drive past without offering my help, so I parked up. To be honest, I thought she would tell me to go away, but to my surprise, she was really nice and actually let me assist her with the heavy loads she was carrying. As we worked together, we struck up a conversation and I couldn't help but notice how gorgeous she was. I knew I had to make a move, so I offered to be her friend since she was new to the area and didn't know anyone. But let's be real, I already knew she was the one for me. I'm thankful for every moment we've spent together since then, and I'm looking forward to spending the rest of my life with her as my wife.
