I started a part time job at Barnsley summer of 2019 and on one of the days that I worked Austin worked the same event. We talked a bit while setting up the event and got his number from a coworker and texted him that night. We planned to dinner and a movie and it ended up being a date. He has to reschedule a few times and I was starting to think he didn’t like me but he was helping his family move to a new house. When we finally went on our movie date I was very nervous this was the first date in a while where I actually wanted him to like me. We talked for what seemed like hours in the parking lot after the movie and ended the night with waffle house because at that time nothing else was open. i knew at that point he was someone I wanted around for a while. 2 months after Our first date he asked me to officially be his girlfriend and 2 years after that and we are engaged. Austin has the kindest heart and is a big softie even though he likes to act like it is not true. I could not imagine life without him. He is a shoulder to cry on, someone there to always listen to me. He is my best friend and I cannot wait for the day I can finally call him my Husband.

Not long after we started dating I knew Amanda was the one. We started living together a couple months after we started dating. All the date nights and nights together being lazy I knew she was the one I wanted to be lazy with forever. Shortly after we moved into a house together on our own I finally got the perfect plan together. I wanted it to be perfect for her but simple at the same time. Amanda is a big family person so the best way I could think to do it was involving her great grandparents. She loves them so much and I knew this so I planned a lunch with them and her parents to ask her around the people she loves. They all loved it and I’m glad I chose to involve everyone it made it that much more special.
