Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Yes! Heritage Prairie Farm is our venue for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Is there a shuttle service?
Answer
Yes! There will be a private shuttle service to and from our selected hotel by Spare Wheels Transportation. Shuttle times from Fairfield Inn & Suites to Heritage Prairie Farm: 3:30 pm 4:00 pm Shuttle times from Heritage Prairie Farm to Fairfield Inn & Suites: 8:15 pm 9:15 pm 10:15 pm 11:15 pm

What shoes should I wear?
Answer
Whatever makes you feel comfortable for fun and dancing! Please be aware that the ground at Heritage Prairie Farm can be uneven so be careful with those heels!

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking at our venue. When you pull into the farm, there will be signs and attendants that will assist with parking.

What happens during the cocktail hour?
Answer
During the cocktail hour, there will be passed appetizers, beer, wine, specialty cocktail, and soft drinks available as well as lawn games for pre-reception fun!
Question
The RSVP form says "Wedding Ceremony" only. What does this mean?
Answer
If you are receiving an invitation, it is for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Your RSVP response is for all three events of the day.
Question
Why is there no food option with our RSVP form?
Answer
Heritage Prairie Farm serves dinner "Family Style" so there will be all options on your table to choose from. However, please indicate any food allergies you have with your RSVP.
