IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE SERVICE?

Answer

Unfortunately we will not be providing mass transportation. However, the service will be held at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church a short 15 minute Uber or Lyft away from the hotels. Note the hotels are within walking distance of the reception space the James J. Hill Library.

CEREMONY WILL BE UNPLUGGED

Answer

We please ask that you refrain from taking pictures or videos at the church ceremony. We have both a photographer and a videographer who are going to capture the special moments and we would like you to be present in those moments with us.

LOCATION OF RECEPTION

The reception is at the James J. Hill Center. Please be aware that there is also a James J. Hill House. The correct address is 80 W 4th St, St Paul, MN 55102

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

We request that you dress in formal attire. Tuxedos and gowns, suits and cocktail dresses, all are fine. Please note that the dance floor is marble so please wear shoes with some traction.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

We will be having an open bar for the cocktail hour but please be aware that a limited bar of wine and beer will be offered after dinner. A cash bar will be open for hard liquor and cocktails. The bar will accept both cash and cards.

- Breast of Chicken Piccata served with Linguine and Broccoli Spears in a Light Lemon Caper Sauce - Grilled Salmon with Caramelized Leeks, Trio of Roasted Potatoes, Baby Fennel Bulb and Red Bell Pepper Emulsion (GF) - Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Sage Butter Sauce, Seared Mushrooms and Asparagus Fricassée, and Parmesan Shards

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! We request that all children under the age of 12 stay home.
