Question

Will there be food + alcohol?

Answer

Food will be served buffet style during our reception. We will be serving Henry's Smokehouse, there will be pork, macaroni & cheese, and baked beans. Yes, we will have alcohol! It will be an open bar but we do have a limited amount, so once the alcohol is all gone there will be no more. Alcohol will be served from 5 pm till 8:30 pm.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 13th, 2024 so that we can provide our vendors with an accurate headcount and ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience. We cannot wait to see you on our big day!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one option listed when you RSVP, then yes! Due to limited venue capacity, we can only accommodate those people listed on the RSVP page. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by May 13th, it will be marked as "no". We will reach out two weeks before with a reminder if we have not heard from you. We will miss you celebrating with us; however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVPs due to this. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! One of the tabs on this website is listed 'registry.' Feel free to check out that page as it holds our Amazon registry, our Honeymoon cash fund, and our Newly Weds cash fund!

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! As we prepare for the wedding, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend by using the RSVP section and responding that you cannot attend. We understand that unexpected events can happen, but by letting us know in advance, we can make adjustments to our plans.

Question

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony time which is 4:30 pm, please be there by at least 4:15 pm. This ensures that guests will have some time to get settled and seated.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception and social hour will be held indoors, while the ceremony will be held outside depending on the weather. We are hopeful for beautiful weather, but if the weather conditions do not allow for us to have the ceremony outdoors, then we will move it indoors.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking for our guest to wear casual attire, women can wear a summer sundress or a floral patterned mini, with wedges or sandals. Men can wear dress pants or khakis paired with a polo or collared shirt. If you rather wear something else, that is totally fine too! Wear what you think seems the best fit!

Question

Can we take our own photos and videos throughout the day?

Answer

We are thrilled to have you join us for our wedding day and wanted to let you know about a special request for our ceremony. We ask that all phones and cameras are put away and cell phones and watches are silenced since we will have an unplugged ceremony. This is such a special day for us and we have hired the most amazing photographer and videographer to capture the day! Photos and videos are highly encouraged during social hour and reception!
