Rachel and Blain initially crossed paths in fall of 2008 when they had a business class together in high school. Blain vividly remembers this time, while Rachel needed some reminders. They became Facebook friends in June 2009 but both went their separate ways for the next 13 years until April 2022 when they matched on a dating site called “Hinge”. After several weeks of talking on the phone the pair decided to go out for drinks. Blain picked Rachel up at her home and they went to Cork and Fork, a restaurant that would become a staple in their relationship. In a whirlwind of a romance, it didn’t take the couple long to realize that this connection was something special. In December 2022 Blain and Rachel became engaged and welcomed their first son, Blain III, into the world. They look forward to celebrating their love and vowing a lifelong commitment to each other on 6/22/2024 in front of their closest friends and family.
