Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Question

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Question

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means that you are able to enjoy our big day and a relaxing evening for yourself.

Question

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Question

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Yes! We have organized a block of rooms at Candlewood Suite- Erie which is located in Erie, PA (about 35 minutes from the venue). To take advantage of the group discount, you must book your room(s) by June 20, 2024. We recommend all our guests utilize the hotel room block as we are coordinating shuttle transportation to/from the venue and hotel. Early check-in is available for all guests starting at 1 PM.

Question

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Summer semi-formal- think garden party! Wear sundresses, midi-length dresses, floral prints, and suits in lighter hues. We will be outside in the summertime so dress accordingly with light, airy fabrics. Question

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors starting at 4 PM. There will be golf carts available to transport guests to and from the ceremony location which is located a walking distance to the cocktail and reception area. Immediately following the ceremony we will host a cocktail hour with indoor and outdoor activities, along with Hors d'oeuvres and an open bar. The reception will take place indoors on the second floor of the venue. An elevator is available to aid guests to the second floor.

Question

IS THE CEREMONY UNPLUGGED?

Answer

We are having an ‘unplugged ceremony’ (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. However, we know you'll want at least one picture so we will have a social media moment to allow those who wish to capture a quick picture during our ceremony.

Question

WHAT'S ON THE DINNER MENU?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style so you can grab what you like. Here is what you can expect to see on the buffet: Chicken Parmesan, Meatballs and Sausage, Salad, Penne with Marinara, Cooked Vegetables, and Dinner Rolls. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions, we want you to be safe and comfortable. There will be an option when you RSVP to inform us of any dietary needs so we can make the necessary accommodations in advance.

Question

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

Yes! We are excited to say that all beverages are on us during the cocktail hour and reception. Our open bar will offer a variety of beer, wine, specialty cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages.

Question

What is for dessert?

Answer

Instead of a large wedding cake, we will have a Cookie Table. A Cookie Table is a Pittsburgh tradition where friends and family bring their favorite cookies to share as a replacement for a wedding cake. If you want to help fill the cookie table, let us know and we can add you to the list.
