Arrival anytime from 3pm onwards. For those of you arriving from outside the UK, bus or train travel can be confirmed closer to the date. For guests arriving by car, parking is available at the site for the whole weekend. Don't park at the golf course - We will direct you when you arrive.
Welcome & Getting Settled

Check-in for the weekend; private, en-suite accommodation is provided for all guests. We've selected rooms specifically with each person in mind; we'll point you in the right direction when you arrive and give you time to settle and explore. You are welcome to find alternative accommodation if you wish. Please let us know if this is the case. You'll still be welcome to join in on the drinks, dancing & food.

Casual and comfortable
Food and drinks will be available for everyone to graze at their leisure. Further details regarding the menu will be available closer to the date. Any dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know.

Order of the day: 1) Words 2) Rings 3) Snog Fin *Will be outdoors if weather permits. Unlike Cricket/Wimbledon style, play will not be suspended for bad weather.
Cocktail Hour & Games
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Help yourselves to drinks and enjoy some music/lawn games (weather dependant) or relax indoors while we sneak off for some photos. We plan on getting photos with everyone so please practice your poses and best faces beforehand (or not, silly faces optional)
Posh Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
We haven't decided on the posh menu yet, details will be sent out closer to the time.

What comes before part B? PART-AY! Get on your dancing shoes, and throw down some shapes, no matter what those shapes are... (Robots, The Worm, Sprinkler, Interpretative Dance plus whatever else you can bring are all encouraged)
