This hotel is closest to the venue but we will not have a shuttle going that way. There are 2 styles of rooms available that have two Queens, and 2 styles of rooms available that have one king. Check in is 4:00 pm, and they do have an option for early check-in. Please ask if interested!

Shuttle

The afternoon shuttles will have two departure times. Due to the long trip to the venue they cannot make additional trips so we will have a sign up at the hotels. (More information will be coming for this!) In the evening there will be one large shuttle and it will depart the venue going to the three hotels at three times, 9pm, 10pm, and lastly, 11pm.
