This is a contemporary art museum in the building of a 1913 elementary school.
The park, part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, consists of 50 acres of recreational wetlands open to the public with a three-quarter mile boardwalk that crosses between open water pond areas, emergent marsh areas, shallow shelves, and islands with shrubs and snags to foster nesting and roosting. Gators, egrets, herons, and the wood storks fill the place.
