What time should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45PM the doors will shut at 3:55PM. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. You will still be able to attend the cocktail hour & reception so hang tight, and we will see you there! Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal attire (think black tie and no tuxedo) and we kindly ask that our guests dress accordingly. We would love for men to wear your best suit and tie and refrain from wearing tuxedo's. Our groomsmen will be wearing tuxedo's and we would love for them to stand out. Ladies, come dressed to impress! We'd love to see you in anything including up to a floor length dress. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing Jeans/flip flops/white or cream. Bridesmaids will also be wearing a deep olive green in satin - we ask that if possible, this color be avoided amongst our guests. Are Children welcome?

Unfortunately, our wedding is kid free. We regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children and will only be having those within the wedding party attend.

Will there be an Open Bar?

Answer

Yes - there will be an open bar during both the cocktail hour and throughout the reception.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking on site with easy access to the venue.

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

There will be no transportation provided to the venue, and a limited number of seats available on a shuttle ride back to the Hyatt on Main St. We would recommend designating a DD, booking Ubers in advance to and from to venue as it may be difficult finding a ride back at the end of the night, or Ubering to the venue and grabbing the shuttle back if necessary. Due to limited capacity, not all guests will be able to take the shuttle's and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors, and the cocktail hour will have both indoor/outdoor areas available.

What time is hotel check in?

Answer

At this time - if you plan to book within our hotel block, an early check in cannot be guaranteed earlier than 3PM on the day of the wedding. We recommend if you are travelling from out of town that you plan accordingly by either joining us the evening prior, or planning to check in after the wedding reception where we plan to enjoy drinks in the hotel bar.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. your invitation will be made to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.
