Sam and Madeline grew up together because their moms are close friends. They’ve been best friends ever since! When Sam isn’t supporting Madeline winning pageants (She is Miss Door County 2017), they love getting together so their dogs can play! Fun fact: Sam and Madeline met when Madeline was just one day old!

Sam met Sally when she started dating her brother, Luke. They fell in love and Sally officially became a part of the Collins family! Fun fact: Sally is a fantastic writer!

As the sister of the groom, Holly has been supportive of Sam and Billy from the very beginning! Sam remembers how welcoming Holly was as soon as she started dating Billy. Fun fact: Holly has a little dog named Peanut!

Wendi is the sister of the groom, but with a large age gap she has been a mother figure to him as well. Now, the bride and groom love to hang out with her and her son (best man- Liam) and hear about her latest entrepreneurial successes! Lena and Sam met and became close friends in middle school in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and they bonded during dance team in high school. Lena’s silly personality and endless support has made their friendship last over the years. Fun fact: Lena and Sam celebrated their 21st birthdays in New Orleans watching the Packers play the Saints! They also traveled to Nicaragua together to visit Lena’s family.

Sam met Katie her freshman year of college. They soon became inseparable and lived with each other the next 4 years after Sam moved to Milwaukee in 2012. Fun fact: Katie has been Sam’s stand in significant other for family functions before she met Billy.

Sam and Kasey met when they both transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2012. They became close friends when they realized how much they have in common! Fun fact: Kasey and Katie gave Sam her favorite birthday present she’s ever gotten. For her 21st birthday she rewrote “What Makes You Beautiful” by One Direction to be about Sam!

Billy adopted Sasja before he was dating Sam. Sasja and Sam quickly became best friends (causing a lot of jealousy from Billy)!

Sam and Erin met when Erin was hired at Bright Cellars in 2017. Erin has since moved on to her dream job working with her old German language teacher on English textbooks, but they remained great friends. Erin's charisma and bubbly personality made her the perfect choice to marry the bride and groom!

Teagan is the daughter of the groom's cousin, Emily. Billy and Sam love to babysit her whenever they can!

Billy met Alex during elementary/middle school football. Through out middle school and high school Alex's house was "the house" where everyone would hangout. There were many occasions where Billy would be at Alex's more than he was at his own house.

Billy met Bryan during kindergarten and they have been great friends ever since. It was only a few years ago that they spent their first summer apart since kindergarten (Bryan decided to be "independent" and spent the summer working/living in Texas).
