Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 3, 2025.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when your RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation as we have decided to make this an adults only celebration. If you have any questions, please reach out.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be greatly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab at the earliest convenience so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is formal / black-tie optional. "Black-tie optional" means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

As the ceremony begins at 5:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at 5pm to ensure you're able to find the venue, park, and settle in before the ceremony begins. Once ceremony begins, guests will not be able to access the ceremony space and will meet us during cocktail hour to ensure there are no interruptions. We appreciate your respect and understanding!

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

There will be a parking lot and security on the premise to assist everyone in parking their cars. There are two entrances so please make sure you do not enter the staff entrance.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors our outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors while our reception will take place indoors (with the option to step outside for a dance break!)

Question

Are the ceremony & reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Both will take place at Cherokee Dock in Lebanon, TN on May 3rd. Following the ceremony, immediate family who have been notified prior will meet under the willow trees. All other guests will enjoy cocktail hour in the Rose Garden and Lakeside Lawn!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long. However, no shots allowed.

Question

If coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

There are endless options! Nashville is no stranger to visitors. If you would like to use one of our hotel blocks, please reference the travel area of this website. Otherwise, we recommend AirBnB or staying in a fun hotel Downtown.
