No. All events are optional. It would be customary to attend the lunch if you attend the Hindu ceremony. It would be customary to attend the reception if you attend the Christian ceremony. The baraat is entirely optional.

You can RSVP on this website. Please respond to two RSVPs - for lunch, and for the reception - so that we can plan our food and meals accordingly.

Answer
Indian formalwear or Western formal / semi-formal is customary. You can wear the same thing all day. You may change if you want. For example, some people may want to wear Indian attire for the first half of the day, and change to western attire for the second half of the day. Feel free to choose either option, regardless of your background. Do what feels comfortable for you!
