Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Bethany Wray and Ryan Devane
The Methow Valley is a hidden gem tucked away in the Cascade Mountains of Washington. From outdoor adventures, to dining, wine-tasting and shopping, there is no shortage of things to do. Here are a few recommendations.

Hiking

There are many great hiking options in and around the Methow Valley. Here are some of our favorites: - Blue Lake Trail - Cutthroat Lake Trail - Lookout Mountain (Twisp) - Goat Peak Lookout

Biking

We love to bike, and we are lucky to live in an area with such great riding. Our local bike shop, Methow Cycle & Sport, can get you set up with bike rentals and recommendations for fun rides. Ryan used to work at this shop, so mention his name when you go!

Twisp

Our hometown of Twisp is a great little community full of shops, galleries, bars and restaurants. Here are a few places we recommend visiting while you're here: - Confluence Gallery - TwispWorks - Blue Star Coffee Roasters - Old Schoolhouse Brewery Taproom - Twisp River Tap House - Tappi - Methow Valley Interpretive Center - Saturday Morning Farmer's Market

Winthrop

Winthrop is the tourist hub of the Methow Valley where you'll find the whole town dressed up in an Old West theme. There are many great options for eating, drinking and shopping, all within walking distance. Here are some of our favorite places to go: - Meza - Jupiter - Old Schoolhouse Brewery - Little Dipper Cafe & Bakery - Arrowleaf Bistro - East 20 Pizza - Sun Mountain Lodge - Shafer Museum - Winthrop Gallery - Lost River Winery
