Kate is Bethany's sister, roommate, coworker, biggest supporter, role model, and best friend. Despite their complete opposite personalities, Kate and Bethany couldn't be closer. They share a love for fitness, family, and routine. Kate's organized and creative personality makes her the perfect maid of honor and Bethany couldn't be happier to have her by her side on her big day.

Basically a member of the family at this point, Kennedy has been Bethany's friend since 4th grade. They were roommates in college and now live together in their Grand Rapids apartment. Kennedy makes Bethany feel understood as they share the same weird sense of humor, love of MSU, beer, and engineering. She is an incredible listener and always down to do anything!
Rachel Hindley

Rachel is Bethany's first friend! They met before starting preschool as their older siblings Brett and Kate went to school together. It was there that Bethany would scare Rachel by saying "Hi girl!! Hi!!" while picking up their siblings. Bethany's persistent behavior paid off though as they soon became friends and have been ever since! Rachel can come across as quiet, but once you get to know her she is the life of the party and as funny as they come!
Hannah Briggs

Hannah and Bethany have been friends since 1st grade. Together they were a part of the gifted and talented program where they earned their fitting nicknames "Chatty" and "Gabby". Even when Hannah went away to Minnesota for college, they stayed close and always made time to get together. Hannah is a loyal and thoughtful friend who always has Bethany's back. If you see her at the wedding, congratulate her on getting accepted to PA school!
Paige Retting

Paige is Bethany's cousin. Growing up they were close since they are so close in age (just under one year)! Paige's sweet, kind personality complements Bethany's loud and opinionated personality. Bethany had the honor of being in Paige's wedding in 2022, and Bethany is so grateful that Paige is going to do the same for her.
Christine Mason

Christine and Bethany became friends while studying Chemical Engineering at Michigan State University. It was then that they formed a study group that would become some of their lifelong friends (shoutout to Jonathon Brock)! All of Bethany's best college memories are with them whether it's studying all day in the lab, taking the hardest exams of their life, making dinner together, or partying all night at Rick's. Bethany admires Christine's incredible work ethic, brilliant mind, and strong independence.
Matt Orrico

Matt and Nick met freshman year of college at rugby practice. As two of the favorite rookies, they instantly bonded. They always shared the field together and had each other's back. They've remained best friends throughout the years despite living on opposite sides of the state. They bonded through sports and figuring out college together. Matt is one of the most generous people you'll ever meet and is a true friend.
CJ Pobur

CJ and Nick met in college through Matt. After college they lived together for 8 years. Always up for an adventure, Nick and CJ spent a lot of time exploring Grand Rapids together. CJ has a passion for hockey and coaching. This gave Nick an opportunity to coach varsity hockey with CJ for 3 years. CJ is always up for a good time and there when you need him.
Cody Mittig

Cody is one of Nick’s best friends. They met playing rugby freshman year and became instant friends. With similar interests and humor, they were inseparable all through college. They spent a lot of time together through sports, late night gaming sessions, and even the semester they were both bouncers at their favorite bar. Cody is a passionate and caring person who shows this through his love for his family and friends.
Ricky Guerra

Ricky and Nick met each other through rugby in college. Although not close at first, they soon became best friends over the years. Through a shared loved of comic books and superheroes, they spent many days headed to the comic book store or an opening night release of a superhero movie. Ricky is the smooth one of the group who is always willing to go above and beyond for his friends.
Jake Vaughan

Jake is one of Nick’s more reserved friends. Thanks to Ricky, Nick had the chance to meet Jake after college. Jake and Nick both connected through a love of superheroes, comic books, and videogames. They quickly became best friends binging superhero shows or playing videogames way too late. Jake is incredibly smart and witty. If you put in the time, he’ll be a friend for life.
Austin Pence

Austin is probably the friendliest person you’ll ever meet. It’s no wonder that Nick and Austin hit it off right away when they met toward the tail end of college and quickly became close friends. They share a love of hockey and a having a good time. Some of their most notable memories include spending time at Austin's family's house on the water during the summer. Austin is always happy and down for a good time.
