Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 30th, 2023

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 1:30pm for the ceremony at Stanley Park. The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm, so you will have some time to get situated, hug a friend you haven’t seen in a while, and grab a refreshing drink.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do not have a strict dress code, although we do encourage our guests to arrive in Garden/Cocktail attire. Be yourself, and make sure you’re comfortable enough to partake in dancing and celebrating at the reception! We want you to feel beautiful and have fun!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity for plus ones at this time.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos, we unfortunately will be having a child-free wedding celebration. We look forward to spending time with them soon!

Question

I have a food allergy, what food will be available?

Answer

Our reception event will have a rotation of various canapés. This will include a variety of vegan, GF and vegetarian options. Please reach out if you have a particular allergy that we should be aware of to ensure you stay safe and have fun at our event.

Question

What will be happening between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

After the ceremony ends (between 2:30pm and 3:00pm) the bride and groom will break off to take some photos with the wedding party and family members. The rest of our guests are encouraged to spend this time however they like - you could explore the beauty of Stanley Park, hit up a happy hour nearby, or go for a wander in Gastown. The reception will begin at 6:00pm, so don’t go too far!

Question

Who are Deb and Deb? Why do I see this name everywhere?

Answer

Deb and Deb….. that’s us! We coined “Deb” as a term of endearment early in our relationship, before we even started dating! Deb, Debra, Debbie - all words to describe Jordan and Bethany together. Some even refer to us as “The Debs” which kinda feels like a 1960s singing group. We’ll take it! Till Deb do us part ❤️

For all the days along the way
