What’s the dress code?
Answer
Bethany & Nik ask that guests arrive in cocktail/semi-formal attire. Please be aware that the location is an orange grove, so plan accordingly when comes to you choice of shoes… Ladies: No shades of white, please and thank you!

Is the wedding outdoor or indoor?
Answer
The ceremony will be an outdoor ceremony with seating in the form of pews. The cocktail hour will also be outdoors, while the reception will be in the full air-conditioned barn.

Are the locations of the ceremony and reception different?
Answer
No. Both the ceremony and reception are on the Ever After Farm Citrus Barn property. You will be able to park and it’s a short walk to the outdoor ceremony location (FYI it’s paved for the ladies) and the reception will is directly next to the ceremony location.

Are children allowed?
Answer
Children are allowed only if your invitation reflects their attendance. Otherwise, we ask that you plan childcare accordingly.

Will there be liquor/beer/wine at this event?
Answer
Yes! The cocktail hour and reception will include alcoholic drinks for those who are 21 and older. The bride and groom ask that their guests drink in moderation and that a designated driver be decided before the event.

Will there be assigned seating at the reception?
Answer
Yes. Assigned seating will be posted at the reception. There will also be designated kids tables for arts and crafts.

At the ceremony, will there be a designated groom’s side and bride’s side?
Answer
There WILL be designated sides for both the bride and groom. They are still deciding on whether or not this will result in a team volleyball tournament in the way of the classic 1986 movie “Top Gun”…

Can I take a post pictures at the wedding?
Answer
There will be a designated moment for pictures, after which bride and groom request that the ceremony be “unplugged”, meaning that cell phones should be out of sight. The bride and groom encourage pictures at the reception, with a designated QR code linking to a place to upload them for their enjoyment

When is the deadline to book a room at one of the designated hotels?
Answer
The deadline is July 31. Please reach out if you need any further information regarding accommodations

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony is set to start at 4:30pm. Please plan your travel’s to arrive on time accordingly as there will be Friday evening Orlando/I-4 and holiday weekend traffic to fight through.

What if the weather is bad?
Answer
While we hope and pray this isn’t going to be an issue but there is a backup plan. If we do experience inclement weather on the day, we will move the ceremony indoors to the reception area of Ever After Farms Citrus Barn.
