We started dating in October of 2010 after the freshman homecoming dance - and have been together ever since! Including eight other school dances, four years of long distance during college (Nick went to Michigan State University and Beth attended DePaul University), four years living in Chicago post-grad, and one mini goldendoodle named Rooney.

Nick popped the question at one of our favorite places - our building rooftop - alongside a display of flowers, champagne and the Chicago skyline. The celebration continued afterwards, as he arranged for our parents and siblings to join us for dinner followed by a surprise party with our friends. Truly the best day!
