A low-key hang out spot for the afternoon. Farm to table food, live music, and beer. Pet friendly (on leash) and kid friendly with playground equipment and board games.

Vista Brewing

A fun swimming hole locally with trails, and a waterfall. Reservations required.

Hamilton Pool Preserve

Twisted X Brewing Company

Trails, outdoor swimming hole (requires reservations), outdoor sports areas and playgrounds.

Blue Hole Regional Park

A fun town to visit with lots of local boutiques and shops. Close to Blue Hole and Jacob's Well.

Wimberley Square

Another local swimming hole (reservations required), and hiking trails close to Wimberly.

Jacob's Well Natural Area

Local spot with food trucks, and outdoor bar space with views of hill country. Kid and pet friendly (on leash) with playground equipment and llamas and donkeys. Trivia nights on Thursday evenings.

Local BBQ spot and vineyard with indoor and outdoor seating options.

Local brewery that is kid friendly, with outdoor play equipment and yard games.
