Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. The wedding shuttle will arrive at the venue no later than 4:20pm to drop off guests. If you are planning to drive, we recommend arriving to the wedding venue by 4:15.
Yes! There will be 2 shuttles transporting guests to the wedding ceremony. Please be ready for pick up at the following times: For guests taking the wedding shuttle, please be ready for pick up at the following times: Shuttle Arrival Schedule 3:30pm pick up at St. Michaels Inn 3:40pm pick up at The Blue Crab 4:00pm pick up at 6020 Tilghman Ave The return shuttle will run continuously starting at 9:45pm until 1:00am. Please let the shuttle driver know your drop off spot. We have provided them with all guest’s accommodation addresses. Return Shuttle Schedule: 9:45 early shuttle departure from BWPI 11pm wedding ends shuttle departure from BWPI 12pm late night shuttle departure from BWPI Note that we will have a fully open bar therefore driving is not recommended.
Yes, there is limited parking onsite if needed.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outside and on grass. The reception will be held in a tented space. In the event of inclement weather, all wedding events will take place under our reception tent. The property is surrounded by water and can be breezy. Temperatures at the venue are generally about 10 degrees cooler than inland temperatures.
Cocktail/formal attire. We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! For the ladies, dresses of various lengths are welcomed. Color and pattern is encouraged! Please be advised that all wedding events will take place on grass. For men, opt for a suit and tie (optional tie) of any color, or a dress shirt and slacks. We love your kids however we want you to have the night off! This will be a child-free wedding.
