Pronoun etiquette is a crucial aspect of showing respect and inclusivity to all individuals, regardless of their gender identity. It's important to understand that gender is a spectrum, and not everyone identifies as a man or as a woman. Some may use gender-neutral or non-binary pronouns. At our wedding, we expect guests to respect everyone's pronouns, whether that be she/her, he/him, they/them, or any other. If in doubt, it's always better to politely ask someone for their pronouns instead of making assumptions. By doing so, you are creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our guests who have come to celebrate our love and happiness with us.

There are several cabins on site available for people to stay for free. Please note these cabins have bunk beds with camping mats, and you would need to bring your own bedding and pillows. The bathrooms are also separate from the cabins, similar to a camping situation. Our wedding is being catered by a fully vegan caterer. All appetizers, entrees, and desserts will be completely vegan. The dinner will be buffet style.
There will be a 40 person shuttle to pick up passengers from the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rockaway hotel at 3:50pm to bring them to the venue. The shuttle will be at the venue at 11 00pm to bring people back to the hotel afterwards.
