Both Vail Village and Lionshead offer amazing boutiques and shops to explore!
Hike Vail Mountain
Get outside and explore Vail Mountain! There are several different hikes up Vail Mountain! They start at the base of both Lionshead Gondola & Gondola One. You can ride down the gondola for free once you reach the top!
Biking
There are several different options for renting bikes! Both mountain biking and exploring the trail along the gore creek are amazing. You can purchase day passes for the Gondola and go up and mountain bike down or if you are feeling adventurous you can bike up the mountain! There is a biking/running/walking path along the creek that travels all the way from Minturn, through west vail and to east vail! It is a perfect way to explore the far parts of Vail that aren't within walking distance and see the amazing homes. You can also ride Vail Pass! Option to get driven to the top and bike down into the village or get your miles in and bike all the way up to the top!
Golfing
Vail Golf Club has amazing views and is perfect in summer!
ATV through the Mountains
This is ~15 miles from Vail. They offer both guided and unguided tours through their terrain! Very fun activity for people with and without experience!
Kayaking
Go down the Gore River to see the village like never before!
Stand Up Paddle Boarding
Take a tour of a flatwater lake if you want a scenic drive or do an adventurous SUP river trip!
