YES. Everything is scheduled to be outdoors, including the welcome dinner, ceremony, and reception. The welcome dinner and reception are in an outdoor tent. We are asking the venue to leave additional sides of the tent open to ensure the space is well ventilated. In the event of poor weather, a short ceremony will occur indoors. If that happens, please wear a mask for the indoor portion.
No (for the most part). Masks are not required unless you are indoors or not vaccinated. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask outdoors, obviously feel free to do so.
No, but we strongly encourage everyone to get vaccinated both for their own safety and for the safety of all our guests. There will be a small number of unvaccinated guests that will be asked to follow additional safety procedures (see below)
We hope you decide to get vaccinated. However, if you choose not to, please make sure to follow the additional precautions. (1) Get a negative covid test shortly before coming to the wedding. Information on where to get a free covid test is below. (2) Make sure to wear a mask anytime you are not eating or drinking. This includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
Everyone has a different risk tolerance. If you do not feel it is safe to attend for you or your family, just let us know. We promise we won't take it personally. If you have already RSVPed, just please contact us ASAP so we can inform the venue that you can't make it.
We want all our guests to enjoy themselves and relax at the event. Many guests are concerned about the safety of themselves, children, and/or family members with underlying health problems. Please respect them and follow all our safety precautions. If you are unwilling to follow these guidelines, we respectfully ask you not to attend. We promise we will not be offended. If you have already RSVPed, please contact us ASAP, so we can inform the venue that you will not make it.
Most Walgreens are providing free drive-thru covid testing. Remember, if you are unvaccinated this is required before your arrival. Please visit this site to find one near you: https://www.walgreens.com/findcare/covid19/testing?ban=covid_vanity_testing
