We have secured a bus for transportation to & from Grand Rapids hotels to the venue & back. Please see the lodging list for hotels on or near the bus route.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have an allergy please let us know, we will do our best to work with the caterer for a solution. However, please note that addressing all food allergies & concerns may be difficult given the large number of guests.
