Where to Stay We have selected the following Walt Disney World® Resorts for you at a special rate. These are just moments away from our wedding events. Disney's Coronado Springs Resort: $279.00 per night Disney's All-Star Movies Resort: $177.06 per night. Guests have the option to book directly through our customized website: http://book.passkey.com/go/G0825401 , or over the phone with our group reservation agents by calling (407) 827-6799. To book rooms with a phone agent, you can mention either the Benner & Harris Wedding or G0825401. If you book at a Disney resort outside of our hotel block, please provide us with with the guest's name, reservation number, resort and dates of stay. Thank you! To book in the hotel block, you must book before August 25th.

Park Tickets
If you are planning to spend time in the parks outside of our wedding events, you can purchase Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets with a special price through phone agents by calling (407) 827-6799, or via https://disneyurl.com/Weddings. You will not need a ticket to enter any of our wedding events.
Flight
Orlando International Airport
We would recommend flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO). It is the closest airport and it also has convenient transportation options to and from the Disney resorts.

Transportation to and from airport
From the Orlando International Airport, we usually use Mears Connect. They have buses going to and from the airport around the clock. You can book online ahead of time at https://www.mearsconnect.com.

Transportation to and from Wedding Events
Disney will provide transportation from the resorts in our hotel block to the ceremony. The departure times are: 3:45pm - Pick up guests at All Star Movies Main Lobby 4:00pm - Pick up guests at Coronado Springs El Centro Bus Pickup 4:20 - Pick up guests at Old Key West Resort Main Lobby They will also provide transportation from the ceremony to the reception. At the end of the reception they will also drop you back off at those resorts.
