We met in Campinas, Brazil in 2018 during Benn's mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We remained in touch for several years after that and remained good friends. As we grew closer, we decided to begin a long-distance relationship in October of 2021. It didn't take long for either of us to decide that we didn't want to keep spending time apart, so in June of 2022, we began the long process of getting a fiance visa by getting engaged. It's been a long journey, but we're so, so excited to see what the future holds! Thank you so much for joining us on this journey.
