Please book your hotels as early as possible so we can expand the room block if needed. The room block will be released on Jan 5, 2022. Travel Note

PARKING

The reception venue (Ivy House) has free parking on Saturday. You may leave your car overnight, but you must retrieve it by 10am Sunday morning.

Shuttle

Shuttle to Reception and Ceremony

February 5, 2022 2:30 pm - 12:00 pm

A shuttle will be provided to transport guests between the hotels, ceremony venue and the reception. It will also take guests back to the hotels (or after-party festivities!) at the end of the night. We have only one bus, so it may need to make multiple trips. 2:30pm: Meet in the lobby of the hotel for a ride to the ceremony at the Vista. The bus will start at the Journeyman and stop at the Homewood Suites along the way. 4:45pm: Meet in front of the Vista/ Deer Camp Bar for a ride to the reception at the Ivy House. 11:30pm: Following the reception, the bus will transport guests from the reception to the Journeyman, Homewood Suites or after-party.
