Where can I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Cincinnati North/Sharonville. If this is full or you want to stay elsewhere, there are numerous hotels nearby as well. There's a Drury, a Delta Marriott, and many more, all within a 15 minute drive of the venue.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Your RSVP should have included the right number. If your child is under a year, they will not be included on the RSVP (but are welcome). You can bring your children at your own discretion. A lot of people who live locally may use this as a night out. Others who are travelling will certainly be bringing their children. Just make sure your RSVP has the correct number, and if it doesn't, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

I have a dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

If you have a dietary restriction, you're welcome to let us know. We will have a buffet, so there will be a few options of things, but if it something more rare, it might not be as easy to accommodate. Currently, our menu is the following: marinated beef tips, cheesy garlic & bacon chicken, loaded baked potato bar, assorted vegetables, salad, rolls. There is a separate kids menu as well to be added soon.

Is there a shuttle?

Unfortunately, there is not a shuttle. Uber and Lyft are both pretty popular around here, so you can get an Uber or Lyft to and from the wedding, if you'd like.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation states you can bring a plus one, you are welcome to do so. However, we are limited on space, so most people will only have the people listed.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar, but there will be a tip jar out so feel free to bring some cash to show the bartenders your appreciation. However, the venue allows no outside alcohol, so please leave the flasks at home. ;)

What should I wear?

Answer

We are not altogether strict on our dress code. We would like to see you all dressed up, but full on suits/tuxs or floor length dresses are not required. No jeans, please. Think semi formal/formal? Look nice, as you will be photographed and we will be seeing these pictures for years to come.
