Travel Note
Parking is limited at the ranch, so we ask that you carpool wherever possible - especially if you're coming from the general Bay Area. With a better idea of attendees (reminder to RSVP), we can also organize an hourly shuttle for late night transport to the main parking area for the Lake Sonoma Recreation Area.
Travel Note
There's plenty of room in between the rows of vines to pitch a tent if you're so inclined! Please bring all your own gear (e.g., tent, pad, sleeping bag, headlamp, etc.). Two-person tents work best (bigger than that and it might not fit in between the rows of vines, but let us know if that's an issue...there's plenty of space on the ranch). The Details: Tents will be set up in a designated area among the vines, a short walk from the main festivities and ranch parking (see parking note below). You can come and set up your tent before the festivities on the 11th, and we'll all be heading out in the late morning the next day. What to Bring: All your own camping gear – tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, flashlight, and anything else you need to be cozy. There will be drinking water available! Warm Layers – It can get chilly at night, so plan accordingly. Headlamp – Needed for navigating the vineyards after dark. Amenities & Considerations: There will be portable toilet access, and mirrors set up in the barn. No campfires or stoves – fire risk is real in California. Cell Service: optimistically, it might be spotty, with no-to-limited Wifi. The Morning After: We've kindly volunteered some of our dear family (looking at you Alex and Harry) to provide some breakfast at the barn. Feel free to bring your own morning provisions if you don't trust them. Departure: Please plan to pack up by the end of brunch on the 12th! We love that some of you are up for this adventure! If you’re in, please let us know in your RSVP so we can get a rough headcount. Any questions? Don't be shy - text us!
