Are kids welcome?
Answer
Our wedding weekend (with the exception of our reception) will be kid-friendly and we would love to meet your kiddos! While we love your little ones, our wedding reception is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening! What should I wear?
Answer
Central Oregon weather in June is typically mid-70's during the day and 40's during the evening! The weekend will be a very casual affair so shorts, summer dresses, and flannels are perfect! Our wedding reception will be indoor-outdoor and the area around our reception is grassy so ladies - plan for appropriate footwear! Our wedding reception is themed around bright and colorful florals so you're welcome to join in or wear whatever you will feel fabulous in! No matter what you wear, we are just so excited to celebrate with you!!

Will there be transportation after the reception?
Answer
There is parking available at the venue but we recommend planning ahead to have a designated driver to get you home safely. There is not a resort shuttle and please note that Uber/Lyft is limited.

Central Oregon is well-known for its beautiful natural environment. Hikes, breweries, scenic lookouts, rivers, lakes, campgrounds, you name it!! If you're looking for fun things to do, you'll be plenty busy! At Black Butte Ranch: - Pools, golfing, horseback riding, bike trails, pickleball, walking trails, spa, fitness center, kids recreation center, shops, coffee and restaurants! Near Black Butte Ranch (within 15-20 min drive): - Suttle Lake Lodge (hiking, paddle boarding, dining, scenic lookouts) - Camp Sherman & the Metolius River (hiking, fishing, camping) - Black Butte (hiking trail with scenic overlook across the street from Black Butte Ranch) - Downtown Sisters (shops, restaurants, galleries, wine, parks & playgrounds) Near Bend, Oregon (within 45 min drive): - Downtown Bend (shops, restaurants, galleries, wine, nightlife) - Old Mill (Bend's outdoor "mall", movie theatre, restaurants, Hayden Homes Concert Amphitheatre, river trail, parks) - Drake Park, Shevlin Park, Pine Nursery Park (easy walking trails, playgrounds, river access) Near Redmond, Oregon (within 35-45 min drive): - RDM Airport - Smith Rock (world-famous hiking & rock-climbing area, plan visit in advance for parking & permit) If you're looking for something specific, feel free to reach out and ask!! How should I get to/from the airport?

For those seeking shuttles and transportation to/from the airport, providers can be found here on the Redmond (RDM) airport website: https://flyrdm.com/parking-transit/taxis-ground-transportation/ Sisters is a bit more rural of a community so Lyft and Uber may be limited. For airport travel, we recommend booking a shuttle service to ensure you have a guaranteed ride.
