We’re so excited to welcome everyone to Sedona and kick off the festivities with a casual evening to reconnect and unwind together! Join us at Butterfly Burger at 6:00 PM for dinner and drinks. Colt Grill offers delicious BBQ and a cozy atmosphere perfect for gathering and catching up as guests arrive. For those staying at Los Posadas, it’s just a short walk over, making it an easy meeting spot for our first night. Let’s kick off this epic weekend with some golf, laughs, and great company! We’re hosting our welcome tournament at Sedona Golf Resort, one of the most scenic courses in the country, with red rock views that make every drive look good. Where: Sedona Golf Resort, Oak Creek Village When: Thursday 1/23 Breakfast & Drinks: 10:30am Shotgun Start/ Tee Time: @ 11:00 AM Dress Code: Layer up! January mornings are cool (35–55°F). Warm golf gear is key, with a jacket to shed as the sun warms up. Costs & Rentals Green Fees: Enjoy a special 30% discount—$110 per player. Club Rentals: Available for $50 per person. Spectator Carts: For those who want to tag along but not play, the course offers 2-person spectator carts for $30. It’ll be a day to remember with lots of laughs, great company and we would love nothing more for you to join us! Arriving Thursday morning? Both locations are within walking distance of Los Posadas, the wedding venue, and most nearby hotels, making it easy to keep the good times rolling.
