Sophomore year for Courtney, senior year for Brandon. It was basketball season and Brandon and a close friend liked to attend Bayside High's game to see friends play (and maybe a special cheerleader that Brandon had his eye on). After having multiple birdies put the word in Courtney's ear, she gave up the digits. Fast forward to playoff season, I guess you could say the first date was a Salem basketball game. Over the next two years, many puppy love dates, ring dance, prom, and off to college for Brandon and eventually Courtney. Inconsiderably, both landed at two different universities...in the Richmond, VA, but went their own ways to find more of themselves and see what this life would give. Unbeknownst, eventually it would give back what they thought what a thing of the past. Whew, roughly ten-ISH years later (IYKYK), Courtney and Brandon rekindled at Chelby's pool party -impromptu and totally unplanned. We won't disclose who initiated what, but here they are - a year engaged, traveling, new business ventures and home, Courtney with two new bonus boys. Life is beautiful and exactly what it's supposed to be. Somehow everyone else seen the undeniable connection now you all get to celebrate their union alongside them. -The Smiths' Biographer :)
